Ingredients:

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

2 Eggs

1/3 Cup Oil

1 Cup Peanut Butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients until smooth-batter will be thick. Roll dough into about 1 tablespoon ball and place on cookie sheet [I recommend lining the cookie sheet with parchment paper]. If you would like, using a fork, indent each cookie in both directions. Bake for 9-11 minutes.

You can change and add to the recipe if you would like, a few of my recommendations include:

  1. Adding a handful of chopped peanuts to the batter prior to baking.
  2. Topping the cookies with a Hershey kiss after baking [or even a peanut butter cup!]
  3. Sprinkling the indented cookie tops with sugar prior to baking.

I hope you enjoy this quick, easy recipe! Feel free to share with your friends.

Sincerely,

Amanda
