Five New Year’s Resolutions For You, Our Customers

Five New Year’s Resolutions For You, Our Customers

The start of something new provides a clean slate, the opportunity to make changes and create something better than before.

In this case, the New Year is a time where we sit down and reflect on the previous year and plan to make the coming year better. We look at the good things and plan to imitate and exceed them, as well as look at the bad things and find ways to make them better. Did you take time to reflect on 2014, and draft a plan for your New Year’s resolutions in 2015?

New Year, New Start

If you made New Year’s resolutions, please share them with us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or emailing us at ironwood.chophouse.saloon@gmail.com

In the restaurant business, keeping customers happy, satisfied, and coming back for more is vital to success. When we sat down to draft a New Year’s resolution for 2015, the following questions came to mind:

How can we connect and develop relationships with new customers?

How can we make first time customers repeat customers?

What things do our existing customers enjoy? What things would our existing customers like to see changed?

How can we make our current and future customers happy, and keep them happy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to everyone at Ironwood, and therefore is a theme found through all of our New Year’s resolutions. We dedicate these New Year’s resolutions to all of our customers, current and future, and hope to keep you coming back for more.

Connect with the Community & Customers

We plan to fulfill our first of five New Year’s resolutions by dividing in into three subcategories. First, support and become more active in community events; connecting with customers outside of Ironwood. Second, post more photos of daily Ironwood activity for everyone to enjoy – on our website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (Click Social Media for Direct Link). Lastly, to achieve this New Year’s resolution, we plan to plan and publish more blog articles, including recipes, staff biographies, fun photos & events, and more.

Educate Our Customers

We believe that our New Year’s resolutions to educate our customers will make Ironwood customer experiences even better than they are currently. Some of our education ideas include a guide to meat cuts, both on our menu and not, hot topics within the restaurant industry, how to plan private parties, and more. We also plan to implement stricter employee menu training, which will help our employees help with any customer questions.

Provide Better Customer Service

Providing the best service is important to Ironwood’s customer satisfaction and we believe there is always room for improvement. In order to provide all of our customers the best service, one of our New Year’s resolutions involves developing standard operating procedures, training manuals, and implementing a stricter training program in order to provide better service to all of our customers.

Improve Promotion Planning

Promotion planning can be a time consuming process, which can get thrown to the wayside. In 2015, one of our New Year’s resolutions is not to allow promotion planning to be neglected. Some ideas for new promotions include a birthday club, monthly newsletter, banquet & private party referral program, and working with local businesses to reach more customers.

Increase Awareness About Ironwood’s Banquet Hall

Our final resolution of our five New Year’s resolutions is to inform more customers of our banquet hall, back bar, and catering services. We are drafting a marketing and advertising plan which includes attending bridal expos, community vendor fairs, connecting with local brides and grooms, and partnering with local businesses.

We hope that with these five New Year’s resolutions will make our business better and increase customer satisfaction. With our New Year’s resolutions we plan to continue moving forward and growing out business and we hope you continue to join us on that journey!

I hope to see you soon at Ironwood for GOOD FOOD, GOOD FUN, & GOOD DRINKS!

Sincerely,

Amanda
