The Lineup August 2014

At Ironwood, we are always up to something – having fun at community events, visiting local businesses, supporting local organizations, or hosting events of our own. August 7  – Chamber After Hours – Creative Captures

On Thursday August 7, we helped Creative Captures celebrate their anniversary by attending a Chamber Business After Hours event they hosted. To celebrate, Creative Captures hosted an evening of sweets, networking, and social gathering. August 9 – Union Grove Car Show

The Union Grove “Blast from the Past” Car Show is held every August on Main Street. We stopped by this weekend to check out all of the cars, visit with everyone in attendance, and hand out free drinks and entrees. We also caught a happy Ironwood customer checking out John’s 1965 Oldsmobile 442.

August 16 – AmVets Fundraiser

The AmVets are a dedicated and patriotic group of motorcycle riders who support many community events and organizations. From 11 am – 6 pm on Saturday August 16, 2014, you can join the AmVets at Ironwood for their 6th Annual Fundraiser which raises money for the Special Olympics, local food pantries, and many veteran services. August 16 – National Rum Day

Celebrate with us! Enjoy $4 tall Bacardi cocktails and $5 specialty Bacardi cocktails to celebrate National Rum Day with us at Ironwood on Saturday August 16th, 2014.

August 19 – Greater Union Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Luncheon

Since opening in 2012, Ironwood has been a member of the Greater Union Grove Area Chamber of Commerce. The Union Grove Chamber hosts networking events, education seminars, community events, and more. Each month, the Chamber hosts a lunch/breakfast with an education speaker. This months lunch will be held at the Masonic Lodge and will feature Oliver Johnson of UW Parkside. August 21 – B – Town Sounds

Joe Jordan’s Soul & Reggae Review will be playing music for everyone to enjoy at Echo Park in Burlington. Keep on the look out for Ironwood staff handing out coozies and coupons. See the full line up of B – Town sounds here.

August 23 – Farm Fresh Dinner

We’ve partnered with local farmers to provide our guests a ‘straight from the farm’ fresh dinner. Dinner will feature produce/products provided by local farmers – some from right here in Union Grove. The delicious meal will be paired with a few great Wisconsin beers. Call us today at 262-878-3033 to make your reservation!



August 23 – Dover Kansasville Hometown Picnic

Fireworks, free root beer floats, barrel blasting water fights, petting zoo, live music, and more! The 9th Annual Dover – Kansasville Hometown Picnic, held at Eagle Lake County Park has fun for the whole family. We will be there and think you should too! August 28 – Waterford River Rhythms

Group Therapy will be kicking things off for the final Waterford River Rhythms of the year, followed by Hoi Polloi to finish off the evening. Look for Ironwood staff handing out coozies and coupons. For more information click here.
